This policy applies to physical books sold and delivered within Maharashtra, India.

2. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of books as printed products:

❌ Returns are not accepted once the order is delivered successfully.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged or defective book

• You received the wrong book

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

4. Replacement or Refund Process

Once your request is verified:

• We will replace the book, or

• Issue a refund, depending on product availability

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• Incorrect address provided by the customer

• Delivery failure due to customer unavailability

• Minor print or color variations

• Change of mind after purchase

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
